A Habitat in Ruins
From the vast rain forests covering the Amazon to the sandy dunes and estuaries of the coastal United States, not only animals can be endangered. Habitats are plagued by destruction and division for human needs. New shopping malls, gas stations, corn fields, and power plants change habitat everyday so we can live in excess.
Many animals suffer because they are running out of the space they require to survive. There are over 7 Billion humans living on this planet and its important we learn how to use what we have already changed and share what wilderness is left.
In this activity, you will learn about one endangered species and habitat right in the backyard of the United States. Clink on button below to get started!
